Committee on Fighting Organized Crime and Corruption recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill of the Law on Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning the Strengthening of the Liability for the Corruption, Implementation of the Restrictions of the Term of Office of the State Power Bodies and Local Self-Governing of People convicted of Bribery

The amendments are supposed to be introduced to the Law "On Fighting against Corruption" re the implementation of the additional punishment for the corruption in the form of deprivation of right for the occupy the post in the state power bodies and local self-governing for the term from one to three years. The amendments also should be introduced to the laws "On State Service" and ‘On Service in Local Self-Governing Bodies" concerning restrictions of the term of office of the state power bodies and local self-governing of people convicted of bribery.
